As Lead Industrial Designer for the Giro Aerohead II, I guided the creation of a high-performance time trial helmet informed by aerodynamic research and athlete feedback. Collaborating with Team Visma | Lease a Bike, I led the design of its wedge-shaped nose cone and integrated visor to reduce drag and improve airflow.
Extensively tested in wind tunnels and validated in elite competition, the Aerohead II represents a synthesis of form, function, and speed—where every design decision was driven by safety and performance.
